Can I use the syringes again?
All accessories, except for the drill and the dispensing wood, are disposable. You can not use them again after use. But on our site, you can find cheap Refill Packsto make new jewelry again.
Do breastmilk beads turn yellow over time?
Since breastmilk is an organic substance, a change in color over time cannot be 100% ruled out. However, we work with high-quality resins that are extra UV protected to provide the longest possible color fidelity. Please note that the final color of your beads will not be known until 7 – 10 days after production. During this time, the color of the pearl may still change slightly. However, this is not yellowing but due to the hardening of the materials.
What is the best way to store my jewelry?
When you’re not wearing your jewelry, it’s best to store it in an open box. At the same time, the jewelry should not be exposed to direct sunlight or complete darkness (such as in a closet). Both can lead to yellowing.
My bead has bubbles. What can I do?
The inclusion of tiny bubbles cannot be avoided 100%. This is not a sign of low quality. However, the number of bubbles can be significantly reduced if you work precisely according to our instructions.
My beads have color streaks. What went wrong, and what can I do?
If the color of your beads is uneven, you have not mixed the resin, hardener, and mother’s milk well enough into a uniform mass. Now only one thing helps: Do it again and do it better this time!
Help, I made a mistake in the making, and my bead(s) did not turn out beautiful. What can I do?
No problem! You can reuse the silicone mold(s), the drill, and the dispensing wood. You can find the other accessories for making more beads in the Refill Packs in our store.
